Travelogue: Marrakech
In November 2018, I took my first (and hopefully first of many!) trip to Marrakech, Morocco with the Runaway Experience Travel company for a nutritional/wellness retreat with sessions by Wendy and Jess of Food Heaven Made Easy. It was a fantastic trip with 20+ other women from all over the U.S. some of whom had gone on previous trips with The Runaway Experience which speaks to the quality and experience that they provide. We stayed at the beautiful Jnane Tamsna Hotel which is the only black-woman owned hotel in Marrakech. The ownet, Meryanne Loum-Martin was a lovely host and had a really interesting and varied background.
